We are urgently hiring Application Support Engineers to provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, manage incidents, and work closely with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 application support for enterprise systems
- Monitor applications to ensure high availability and SLA compliance
- Troubleshoot issues related to applications, databases, and APIs
- Perform incident management and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Support application deployments and performance monitoring
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Application Support
- Strong hands-on experience in L1/L2 support environments
- Experience with SQL, HTTP diagnostics, and monitoring tools
- Good understanding of databases and API integrations
- Development background is required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Arabic-speaking is mandatory
