Role Overview
TCS is hiring an Application Support Engineer for payments and card processing systems in Sharja, UAE.
The role supports business-critical payment applications and coordinates issue resolution across technical and vendor teams.
Location and Employment
- Location: Sharja, UAE.
- Job type: Full time.
Application Support and Operations
- Provide first-line support for assigned payment and card processing applications.
- Manage support requests, incidents, service tickets, and problem records in a timely manner.
- Monitor application health and proactively identify potential service disruptions.
- Investigate and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain availability and continuity of business-critical payment services.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, database, security, and vendor teams.
Payments and Cards Support
- Support card acquiring, e-commerce, digital payment, and merchant acquiring solutions.
- Analyze payment transaction flows and investigate failures, settlement issues, and processing discrepancies.
