Role Overview
The Exchange Support team maintains global systems for the cryptocurrency trading business, operating 24x7.
The role provides L2/L3 support to business users and owns the production environment for exchange, risk, back-office, market-data, and non-trading systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide application, API, and network connectivity support to sales, business users, institutional customers, and retail customers.
- Identify and resolve production incidents with end-to-end ownership and timely collaboration across support teams.
- Own release activities, participate in audit reviews, and execute business continuity planning exercises.
- Monitor and automate application and infrastructure alerts to maintain system stability and uptime.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and standard operating procedure documentation.
- Optimize processes, automate manual tasks, and improve support service levels.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of production support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs is mandatory.
- Experience with Unix commands, SQL, and Bash or Python scripting.
- Strong understanding of Linux- and Java-based systems, with exposure to cloud technology and DevOps utilities.
