Role Overview
The Exchange Support team maintains global systems for the company's 24x7 cryptocurrency trading business.
The team provides L2/L3 support and owns the production environment for exchange, risk management, back-office, market data, and non-trading applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for applications, APIs, and network connectivity to sales, business users, and institutional and retail customers.
- Identify and resolve production incidents with end-to-end ownership and timely escalation.
- Own release activities, participate in audit reviews, and execute business continuity planning exercises.
- Ensure processes meet ITIL best-practice standards, service-level agreements, and client expectations.
- Monitor and automate application and infrastructure alerts to maintain stability and uptime.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and standard operating procedure documentation.
- Identify process improvements, automate manual tasks, and improve service levels.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of production support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Experience with UNIX commands, SQL, and Bash or Python scripting.
- Previous experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs is mandatory.
