About the Role
Samsotech International in Dubai seeks an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support, install products, conduct user training, and resolve issues for hospitality and security clients.

Responsibilities
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Providing technical support to clients
- Installing and conducting user training sessions on all products
- Willingness to travel across the globe including working on shift basis
- Developing reports for teams across the business
- Contact clients monthly to check system performance, product upgrades and AMC updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology / Master’s in Computer Application
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Basic Application Support
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, networking and related support
- Preferably with IT related experience in hotels and leading PMS vendor
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet predefined deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional Certifications in IT Support background will be an advantage
