Role Overview
Application Support Engineer role supporting business applications and reliable day-to-day operations.
The role investigates incidents, troubleshoots application and integration issues, monitors system performance, and coordinates technical solutions.
Work Arrangement
- The position is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for business applications, platforms, and related services.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application incidents and technical problems.
- Analyze logs, system behavior, and error information to identify root causes.
- Monitor application availability, performance, and operational health.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and third-party support teams.
- Manage escalated incidents through resolution and maintain accurate incident records.
- Support releases, configuration changes, testing, and production deployments.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
- Contribute to application stability, automation, service improvements, and operational efficiency.
