Application Support Analyst

Maintains application systems that are beyond the development stage and running in the daily operations of the firm.

May have overall ownership of a product or app, gathering requirements, managing and prioritizing changes.

Specializes in configuring and supporting applications (e.g.

SaaS).

Entry roles require little or no knowledge or experience.

• Entry level position with little or no prior relevant training or work experience
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
• Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Application Support role.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrates scheduling flexibility and the ability to support stakeholders across global time zones, including coordination with US, UK, and India-based teams.
• Possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assigned priorities in a production support environment.
• Collaborates effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, product owners, and support resources at all levels.
• Works effectively in a team environment and seeks guidance from senior representatives or leads when support matters require additional experience or escalation.
• Is self-motivated, able to work independently on assigned work, and takes initiative to resolve standard issues and improve documentation.
• Applies sound judgment when assessing issue severity, determining next steps, and escalating complex or high-impact support matters.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Has working proficiency in application support operations gained through relevant IT support training and hands-on work experience.
• Microsoft business applications and collaboration platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
