Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day platform operations for on-premises, AI, and SaaS services.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and adherence to service-level agreements.
- Monitor automation services proactively and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams across regions.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge of supported applications.
