Role Overview
Support the FIS IntelliMatch reconciliation application and business-as-usual operations for an enterprise banking reconciliation platform.
The role combines functional application knowledge, reconciliation expertise, production support, incident management, and business analysis.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve reconciliation exceptions, breaks, out-of-proof items, rejects, and data investigations.
- Implement reconciliation changes, including balance pools, accounts, and account-report links.
- Identify reconciliation gaps and collaborate with source systems and technology teams on solutions.
- Support monitoring, service restoration, deployments, and change management activities.
- Work with Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to resolve production issues.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in banking technology, application support, production support, or business analysis.
- Hands-on FIS IntelliMatch experience and strong knowledge of banking reconciliation processes.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
- Knowledge of IT operations standards, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
