Role Overview
Support BMO's Enterprise Reconciliation platform and business-as-usual operations.
The role combines FIS IntelliMatch functional knowledge, reconciliation expertise, production support, incident management, and business analysis.
The position is a long-term contract based in Toronto.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve reconciliation issues, including Out of Proof items, rejects, breaks, and data investigations.
- Implement reconciliation changes such as adding balance pools, adding accounts, and linking accounts with reports.
- Identify reconciliation gaps with Reconciliation and Business teams.
- Collaborate with upstream applications, source systems, and Technology teams to resolve issues.
- Support monitoring, service restoration, deployments, and change management activities.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend reconciliation solutions.
- Work with Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in banking technology, application support, production support, or business analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch (iMatch).
