Role Overview
QIC UAE is hiring an experienced L1 Support Analyst / Business Analyst for business-critical Finance and HRMS applications.
The role combines application support, business analysis, functional testing, and stakeholder coordination.
The role focus is 70% Finance applications and 30% HRMS applications.
Core Responsibilities
- Support business-critical Finance and HRMS applications.
- Work with Finance users, HR teams, developers, and technical support teams.
- Maintain stable operations and help deliver system improvements.
- Apply business analysis, functional testing, and stakeholder coordination.
Required Experience and Skills
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong ERP and Finance application support experience is required.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL troubleshooting skills are required.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database is required.
- Understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial closing processes is required.
- Working knowledge of employee, leave, attendance, organization structure, and self-service modules is required.
- Experience with business requirements, process analysis, and functional documentation is required.
