Purpose of the Role
To provide technical application and after-sales support for process and filling systems across plants and lifecycle support for filling, packaging, and end-of-line (EOL) machinery distribution points, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations while supporting the full lifecycle of equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for filling systems
- Support commissioning, start-up, and stabilization of new or upgraded equipment across plants.
- Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and SOPs in all operations.
- Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements in filling and handling systems.
- Coordinate with plant operations, maintenance, and central technical teams for issue resolution.
- Provide field-level support to depots, distributors, and bottling plants.
- Conduct training for plant operators and technicians on equipment usage, safety, and best practices.
- Monitor equipment performance, uptime, and recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance records.
- Support vendor coordination for spare parts, upgrades, and technical clarifications.

Experience : 3–8 years
Educational : B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Ability to work in field-intensive and plant environments
Strong knowledge of filling operations
Understanding of process engineering and plant operations
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Knowledge of safety systems, hazardous area practices, and compliance standards
Familiarity with CIP/SIP (if applicable), pumps, valves, and instrumentation systems
Basic exposure to PLC/SCADA systems
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
