Application Reliability Engineer (Ecommerce)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in a reliability engineering role, preferably within eCommerce or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Akamai mPulse, and Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of headless architecture and API integrations.
• Experience in TypeScript and frontend technologies such as React.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Development background preferred.
• Used to work under pressure during incidents: stay focused, prioritize the resolution of incident.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams with Agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on documentation, governance, and knowledge sharing.
