Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in NYC and follows a hybrid schedule with at least three days onsite per week.
- Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas.
Role Overview
The Credit Trading Application Support team provides production and application support for critical credit trading, pricing, STP, and risk platforms.
The team supports in-house and vendor applications across the full trade lifecycle for fixed income and credit products.
The role bridges traders, technology, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendors to maintain production stability and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 production support for Fixed Income trading applications.
- Monitor applications and perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and log scraping.
- Support trading, pricing, risk, analytics, and booking workflows, focusing on the RFQ lifecycle.
- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes using ServiceNow.
- Support releases and enhancements through JIRA.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve production issues and improve system reliability.
