Core Responsibilities

• Review project inputs, specifications, MEP drawings, and procedures to capture scope and identify fire detection equipment.
• Prepare project kickoff and review meeting materials, including technical queries, compliance and deviation logs, risk logs, and minutes.
• Select hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services using standard estimation processes.
• Create bills of material, device selections, software identification, network connections, and cable calculations.
• Prepare costing sheets, comparison charts, checklists, technical write-ups, block diagrams, and deviation charts.
• Ensure quality assurance, defect-free deliverables, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate scope creep and other issues with evidence to protect project delivery schedules.
