The Application Engineer role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
The Application Engineer will support customers in the selection, setup, and optimization of CNC machine tools and related software solutions, including machine programming, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
Day to day responsibilities include preparing and executing application trials, conducting testing and validation of machining processes, and configuring machines to meet specific customer requirements.
The role involves providing technical support to customers and internal teams, delivering training on machine operation and applications, and creating documentation such as process sheets, reports, and technical guidelines.
The Application Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and service teams to ensure successful turnkey implementations and high customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess technical support skills, including customer facing troubleshooting, issue resolution, and service coordination.
Candidates should possess software development and CNC programming skills, including experience with control systems, machine interfaces, and application customization.
Candidates should possess mechanical engineering skills, including knowledge of machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and machine setup.
Relevant qualifications include a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
Experience with CNC machine tools, manufacturing environments, and industrial automation is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Ability to work on site in Dubai, visit customer facilities as needed, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
