Join CACI as an Application Engineer (Backend) supporting the transformation of system security evaluation and authorization through automation and continuous monitoring.
The role contributes to enterprise security applications and network data gathering.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Python-based REST endpoints, microservices, and data model management capabilities.
- Interact with MariaDB or MongoDB data models and deliver JSON data to user interface front ends.
- Provide middleware and backend support for system applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and performance of backend services.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of directly related technical experience, or an associate's degree plus 10 years.
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years, master's degree plus 6 years, or doctorate degree plus 4 years of directly related technical experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, Django or Flask, REST endpoint development, databases, and microservices.
