Application Development & Support Specialist

The MDM Developer will be a key technical contributor responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting our enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform across customer, supplier, contact, and item domains.

This role requires strong hands-on technical skills in MDM development, SQL, and data integration, combined with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Working under the guidance of the MDM Lead and Support Manager, this position will focus on writing high-quality code, implementing new features, resolving incidents, and ensuring platform stability through rigorous testing and adherence to organizational processes.

• Develop and implement new MDM capabilities and features
• Write high-quality, maintainable MDM code following best practices
• Implement data integration solutions to synchronize data across systems
• Configure and customize MDM platform components
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data processing and analysis

• Write and maintain unit tests for all code changes
• Execute system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT activities
• Maintain and execute regression test cases to ensure platform stability
• Debug and troubleshoot code issues
• Refactor and optimize existing code for performance improvements
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback
