Role Statement
Ensure work is efficiently prioritized, planned, and delivered across the ERP Tech Factory.
Own intake demand management and capacity planning while driving process standardization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership visibility into throughput, performance, and quality trends.
Intake Demand Management
- Own intake for enhancements, fixes, testing, and reporting requests across four Tech Factory pods.
- Define intake criteria, templates, and qualification checkpoints.
- Triage and route requests based on scope, complexity, and priority.
- Maintain a consolidated backlog with traceability from intake to delivery.
Capacity Planning
- Build capacity plans across ERP customization, application development and APEX, operational reporting, and test automation pods.
- Monitor utilization and forecast capacity against incoming demand.
- Support resource balancing and delivery-roadmap sequencing.
- Provide what-if scenario planning during planning cycles.
