Software Development Engineers I support production operations while building foundational expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.

• Monitor production applications.
• Execute standard operational procedures.
• Assist with deployments and production validation.
• Develop small automation utilities.
• Support incident investigations.
• Learn cloud operations and observability practices.
• Participate in on-call support under guidance.
• Contribute to reliability improvement initiatives.

• 2–4 years of software development experience.
• Good Java programming knowledge.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Basic SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to Azure or GCP is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn SRE and production engineering practices.
