Role Overview
Design, develop, support, and improve Microsoft Power Platform solutions for digital workplace and business process automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, international IT teams, and business users.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Gather and refine requirements with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
- Extend Power Platform solutions using custom development in .NET.
- Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities across business functions.
- Ensure governance, security, and best practices in Power Platform usage.
- Provide second- and third-level support for Power Platform applications.
- Maintain documentation and user guides and conduct training for end users and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
- 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development is required.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows, approvals, and integrations is preferred.
- Experience with C# or .NET, Angular or modern frontend frameworks, API integrations, connectors, SQL, and data modeling is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, ALM, governance, and Power Platform environment strategy is preferred.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum, Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, enterprise IT environments, international teams, communication, and stakeholder management is preferred.
