Role Overview
Lead data collection and management for Radiation Oncology applications and programs.
Use healthcare data and information systems to guide programs, improve clinical workflows, and support patient and program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute data queries for clinical research, publications, grant writing, and funding reports.
- Administer the participant database, conduct monthly audits, and distribute statistical reports.
- Create utilization metrics, identify program trends, and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Train staff on ETO software and configure workflows, user roles, and database fields.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and maintain technical competency guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field.
- Five years of progressive Data Analyst or similar experience.
- Five years each in database system design and management, complex SQL queries, SQL Server, and pivot-table data analysis.
- One year of SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reporting and ETO or case management software administration.
- Healthcare data experience supporting research publications, grant writing, and funding reports.
