About the Role
Alesayi Electronics seeks an Application/Consultant Engineer for HVAC VRF and CAC systems to support technical specification, develop relationships with consultants and contractors, and provide technical support throughout project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Support the technical specification and application of VRF and CAC systems across projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and contractors to secure product specification
- Prepare technical proposals, product selections, and system design recommendations
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance from design stage through to project completion
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert specifications into successful project wins
- Deliver product presentations, technical training, and site support as needed
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field
- Proven experience in HVAC application or consultancy, ideally with VRF and CAC systems
- Solid understanding of HVAC design principles and specification processes
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
