About the Role
The Apparel Developer owns translation of design intent into production-ready garments across men's and women's performance, lifestyle, and outerwear categories.
The role drives fit, construction, and technical execution from concept through production readiness while balancing fit, performance, cost, and timeline.
What You'll Do
- Own development from concept through production and maintain tech packs with specifications, measurement charts, bills of materials, and construction details.
- Lead fit sessions and approvals and document fit issues, construction adjustments, and recommendations.
- Lead communication with vendors and sample rooms through sampling, corrections, and production readiness.
- Review materials and testing results and use lab and wear-testing feedback to refine construction, materials, and durability.
- Collaborate with design and sourcing partners and support seasonal reviews and go-to-market checkpoints.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in technical design, garment development, or technical product development.
- Strong experience in outerwear, technical apparel, or performance products.
- Deep knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit development for woven and knit products.
