Role Overview
The API Developer will design, build, and maintain the integration layer connecting a digital Residents and Tenants Portal with third-party and enterprise systems.
Key platform integrations include authentication, e-signature, payments, access control, CRM, leasing, and notifications.
Integration Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
- Integrate identity providers for SSO, 2FA, password reset, and session management.
- Connect e-signature platforms for contract and termination workflows.
- Synchronize CRM, leasing, listings, inquiries, leads, offers, and related data.
- Integrate access-control systems for cards, visitor codes, and vehicle registration.
- Support payment, invoicing, email, SMS, weather, and events integrations.
- Build middleware and orchestration logic across multiple systems.
- Define API contracts with OpenAPI/Swagger.
