Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for application customization.
Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and APIs.
Experience with automating processes using APEX features or third-party tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is $150,000 - $240,000.
