Lead the maintenance and upkeep of the community by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, building interiors and exteriors, and other essential property components.

Your expertise will help ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home.

📋 Build and Maintain Excellence

Help establish the foundation for a successful lease-up community by managing service requests, scheduling apartment turns, maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, coordinating contractors, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

You'll play a key role in ensuring operations remain efficient, organized, and resident-focused.

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise maintenance staff while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and exceptional service.

✅ What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional property maintenance and creating a first-class resident experience.

• 3 to 5 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• Valid HVAC Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies
• Ability to provide and maintain personal basic maintenance tools
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance
• Strong computer literacy and basic technology skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism
