The Peer Support Supervisor provides peer-informed, recovery-oriented leadership and supervision to peer support staff across NKHS programs.

This role ensures that peer services align with national peer support standards, core values, and competencies while promoting the integrity and effectiveness of peer roles within interdisciplinary teams.

• Ensure peer support services remain non-clinical, voluntary, and relationship-centered, consistent with peer support values and principles.
• Carry a caseload to support the service provision of peers within the Adult Outpatient Division.
• Apply national peer support standards, competencies, and practice guidelines to ensure service fidelity, quality, and consistency throughout NKHS.
