Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite coordinator, managing technical workflows and communicating with client representatives and subcontractors.
- Take ownership of site delivery with a clear career path toward managing multiple reputed customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, logs, and progress reports.
- Perform hands on installation and termination of CCTV (IP & Analog), ANPR cameras, and structured cabling (Cat6/Fiber).
- Configure NVRs, VMS, and basic networking hardware (IP addressing, VLANs).
- Provide remote and onsite support to resolve hardware and software glitches in high pressure situations.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with installation and termination of CCTV (IP & Analog), ANPR cameras, and structured cabling (Cat6/Fiber).
- Ability to configure NVRs, VMS, and basic networking hardware (IP addressing, VLANs).
- Experience providing remote and onsite support to resolve hardware and software glitches.
- Strong coordination skills to manage technical workflows and communicate with client representatives and subcontractors.
- Ability to maintain accurate site documentation, logs, and progress reports.
