Role Overview
Serve as a seasoned technical lead combining hands-on engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, lead API contract development, and contribute to Angular and Spring Boot microservices coding.
Use AI technologies to improve engineering efficiency and support global delivery schedules.
Technical Leadership and Delivery
- Partner with Product Owners to clarify requirements and create technical specifications, system designs, and execution plans.
- Lead secure and scalable API contract design with upstream, downstream, and dependent teams.
- Manage deliverables across the SDLC from requirements through post-production support.
- Work non-IST hours when required by project timelines and global collaboration.
- Coordinate with technology and user-experience vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps.
Hands-on Engineering
- Develop, debug, and implement Angular front-end interfaces and Spring Boot microservices.
- Use generative AI tools and modern engineering practices to improve coding velocity and operational efficiency.
