The team builds software, hardware, and operations supporting urban micromobility at scale.

The Android Software Engineer joins the Rider Experience team and supports digital experiences for bike-share and scooter-share platforms.

The role contributes to membership programs, rider features, and real-time experiences used by riders globally.

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, operate, and maintain Rider Experience components end to end.
Write reliable and maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage and reduce technical debt.
Improve tooling, code structure, systems, and processes through automation.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions and create technical specifications, runbooks, and documentation.
Support team growth through onboarding materials, brown bags, technical talks, and engineering best practices.
Participate in on-call rotations, monitor production systems, fix bugs, and maintain dashboards and alerts.
Support production incidents and improve on-call practices and long-term reliability.
Partner with product, data science, analytics, operations, design, TPM, QA, and other teams.
