Android Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile banking applications for Android
• Maintain and enhance applications by fixing bugs, refactoring code and adding unit tests
• Implement new features aligned with functional and performance requirements
• Participate in technical discussions and provide insights
• Collaborate with team members to improve code quality and consistency
• Utilize external data sources and APIs
• Explore and implement new technologies for efficient development
• Ensure software standards through thorough code reviews
• Partner with UX designers, architects, backend developers and QA for high‑quality delivery
• Establish and automate continuous testing for delivered features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in native Android development (Java/Kotlin)
• Strong knowledge of designing secure, robust and scalable applications
• Familiarity with design principles and Google's Android interface guidelines
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Git)
• Knowledge of test‑driven development and CI/CD processes
• Ability to design user‑friendly applications with creativity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking for solving complex engineering challenges
