1) Warehouse Design – Selection & Validation
- Understanding high‑level business requirements and future vision
- Supporting warehouse operational layout validation
- Assisting in selection and validation of appropriate racking types
- Performing capacity and throughput validations
2) Internal Pmo Support
- Coordinating and aligning internal stakeholders on project activities
- Identifying and highlighting internal and external business risks
- Maintaining central tracking of multi‑DC projects
3) Best Practices & Analytics
- Capturing and implementing cross‑country best practices and learnings
- Developing and maintaining standard design and analysis templates
- Performing data analysis for SKU profiling, storage optimization, throughput, and process matrices to support automation and storage solutions
