The opportunity
The Analytics Engineer will shape UNICEF Canada's data and analytics capabilities and embed data-driven decision-making across fundraising and business teams.
The role is a senior individual contributor focused on donor retention, fundraising effectiveness, investment decisions, donor experience, and enterprise data strategy.
The position reports to the Director, Data & Insights and has no direct reports.
Position details
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- The salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits and three weeks of paid vacation.
- The work location is Toronto.
Work environment
- UNICEF Canada operates under a fixed-hybrid model requiring attendance at the office at least two days per week, on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Analytics and business partnership
- Advance analytics maturity and help implement an enterprise analytics roadmap.
- Establish analytical frameworks, methodologies, performance measures, and standards.
