Role Overview
The Analytics and Modeling Associate Manager works in Accenture's Business Insights and Analytics team with a focus on HR and people analytics.
The role provides strategic and operational analytics to business and HR leaders to support data-led decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior stakeholders on complex analytical needs and challenges in talent and HR.
- Provide decision support using AI-generated insights and sharpen recommendations for business and HR leaders.
- Design and deliver AI-powered analytical models and automated reporting solutions.
- Explore responsible AI applications in people analytics, including predictive modeling and generative AI.
- Use natural language interfaces and generative AI to deliver narrative insights.
- Influence products, services, and offerings using customer feedback and emerging AI capabilities.
- Help shape product vision and roadmap by communicating priorities and team needs.
- Promote AI fluency, data literacy, and self-enablement of digital analytics products.
- Stay current on AI developments in HR and people analytics and introduce new tools and methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, statistics, data science, or a related field.
