Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition.
Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Analytical Laboratory Technician II to join our growing startup team.
This role is split between executing daily routine analysis to support CAM1 Production and advancing CAM R&D initiatives.
As a crucial bridge in our operations, you will coordinate directly with CAM1 operators and R&D scientists to resolve technical questions and ensure data accuracy.
Beyond benchmark, you will take ownership of daily lab functionality, manage inventory, and troubleshoot instrumentation.
Because we operate in a fast-paced startup environment, the ideal candidate is a natural multi-tasker who anticipates team needs and steps in to help without being asked.
