- Translate financial data into value added strategic analyses
- Monitor financial performance and explain variances (budget, forecasts, actual)
- Develop advanced financial models (budgets, forecasts, scenarios)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend concrete actions
- Design dashboards and KPIs to support decision making
- Contribute to the evolution of FP&A practices and optimization of processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- 8 10 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements
- Experience in automation and SQL scripting for data extraction
- Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
- Good command of English (written), a significant asset

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements
- Strong experience in automation and SQL scripting for data extraction
- Sharp analytical mind, ability to work independently, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence others using data
