About the Role
Akkodis is hiring a D365 F&O Functional Analyst (Finance) for a permanent, mostly remote role with a global industrial client. The analyst will translate business needs into D365 F&O solutions, configure modules, and support implementations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements
- Translate business needs into effective D365 F&O solutions, including module configuration and system design
- Facilitate D365 F&O implementation and post go live support, resolving complex issues and managing escalations
- Conduct fit gap analysis and create comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Define, develop, and support testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback gathering
- Participate in full cycle D365 F&O implementations, including organizing working sessions with stakeholders
- Provide user training and develop documentation to support solution adoption
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless system integration
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and demand items through the ITSM framework
- Stay current on D365 F&O updates, features, and related Microsoft technologies
- Provide end user support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations
- In depth knowledge of the D365 F&O Finance module
- Proven experience in gathering and formalizing business requirements, use cases, and test scenarios
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong asset
- Experience with Exflow is an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written English; French is an asset

- Akkodis recrute pour son client, un Leader Mondial Industriel, un(e) Analyste Fonctionnel(le) D365 F&O (Module Finance).
- Poste permanent directement chez le client final.
- Poste majoritairement télétravail.
- Environnement bilingue (Français / Anglais), majoritairement anglophone.
Responsabilités spécifiques
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre, documenter et analyser les besoins fonctionnels.
- Traduire les exigences métier en solutions efficaces sous D365 F&O, incluant la configuration et l'intégration des modules.
- Faciliter la mise en œuvre et le support de Microsoft D365 F&O afin d’optimiser les processus métier tout en résolvant des situations complexes et en gérant les escalades opérationnelles.
- Identifier les tests requis, définir et soutenir les tests d’acceptation, recueillir les retours des utilisateurs pilotes.
- Participer à chaque phase des projets d’implémentation D365 F&O et organiser des ateliers de travail avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Fournir des formations utilisateurs et rédiger la documentation associée.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe technique pour assurer une intégration efficace avec les autres systèmes.
- Assurer un support utilisateur et résoudre les problèmes liés au système ERP D365 F&O.
- Réaliser des analyses de processus métier et identifier les axes d'amélioration.
- Surveiller et résoudre activement les incidents, demandes de service et requêtes via le cadre ITSM de la compagnie.
- Maintenir ses connaissances à jour sur D365 F&O et les applications connexes.
Expérience et formation requises
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, comptabilité ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans la mise en œuvre de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ou équivalent).
- Connaissance approfondie du module Finance de D365 F&O.
- Capacité prouvée à identifier et formaliser les besoins métier, les transformer en cas d’usage ou scénarios de test.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Les certifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 sont un atout.
Compétences et aptitudes recherchées
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de traitement de l'information.
- Expérience avec Exflow est un atout.
- Capacité à influencer, persuader et initier le changement.
- Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
- Expérience avérée en environnement collaboratif et en travail d’équipe.
- Bon jugement et discrétion dans la gestion de situations sensibles.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et communication orale/écrite.
- Capacité à évoluer dans des situations complexes.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit ; le français est un atout.
Configurations spécifiques à maîtriser
- Plan comptable, dimensions financières, définitions de report, clôture de période, allocations, journaux.
- Paramétrage des fournisseurs : création, journaux de factures, propositions de paiement, workflows.
- Paramétrage de la facturation client, encaissements, gestion du crédit et des recouvrements.
- Acquisition d’actifs, registres d’amortissement, transferts et cessions.
- Rapprochement bancaire, traitement des paiements, fichiers de paiements sécurisés (positive pay), configuration des taxes (TVA, taxe de vente, retenue à la source), déclarations fiscales.
- Expérience avec le cadre Electronic Reporting (ER) et la configuration de la comptabilité inter sociétés.
