Requirements

General Description of the Role
- The Business Intelligence Analyst develops and maintains Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights aligned with business needs and KPIs.
- They ensure data accuracy, support QBRs and governance with performance analytics, and collaborate with the Business Analyst to visualize key metrics.
- The role includes automating reports for real time tracking, assisting teams with BI tools and data interpretation, resolving data issues, and maintaining clear documentation.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Lead meetings and presentations with stakeholders to share findings, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve business operations.
- Analyze existing processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to propose enhancements that streamline operations and improve outcomes.
- Support strategic forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with relevant insights and performance data.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI, ensuring clarity, usability, and actionability for data driven decisions.

- Work cross functionally with departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Education
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or other related discipline is required.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Intelligence Analyst/Business Analyst or similar position.
Software
- Power BI (advanced), SQL, Jira, Epicor, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite.
