Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents to automate lead qualification, data enrichment, and follow-ups.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities at each stage of the lead generation funnel.
• Create automated workflows to increase the volume, quality, and efficiency of leads.
• Integrate lead generation data with revenue platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze data to determine which channels, campaigns, audiences, and lead sources generate the most valuable results.
• Create reports and feedback loops linking lead generation activities to revenue.
• Test LLM, AI agents, automation platforms, APIs, and new AI tools to identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of the funnel, including lead volume, quality, conversion rate, acquisition efficiency, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate closely with growth and revenue teams to transform business opportunities into measurable AI initiatives.
• Continuously experiment, optimize, and scale successful solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of experience in AI, growth, lead generation, analytics, automation, operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to design, test, and deploy AI or automation solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into business recommendations.
• Experience with API, CRM, revenue platforms, SQL, Python, spreadsheets, automation tools, or BI platforms.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments and ability to find solutions autonomously.
• Strong curiosity, experimental mindset, and constant search for new growth opportunities.
• Strong focus on execution and measurable business results.
