Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Work closely with People & Culture and Consulting Services business lines to design scalable solutions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with development teams for successful implementation
- Define and document stories, acceptance criteria, and processes
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes
- Assist in developing training and support for end users on new tools, processes, and systems
Requirements
- Bilingualism required (French and English, oral and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Excellent understanding of HR operational processes: onboarding/offboarding, internal mobility, recruitment, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data
- Ability to work in an Agile environment, autonomous and fast paced, with interest in AI
- Experience with HR/ATS platforms and in consulting or digital transformation (asset)

Experience We're Looking For
