About the Role
Techso is seeking an Analyste d'affaires PLM to drive digital transformation for manufacturing clients.
The role involves analyzing business processes, defining PLM solutions, and collaborating with technical teams.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience, and expertise in PLM tools like Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify stakeholder needs
- Gather, document, and formalize functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into concrete solutions tailored to client realities
- Collaborate with technical teams to design high-performance PLM solutions
- Conduct workshops with clients to validate and refine proposed solutions
- Work with process architects to prepare transformation documents and validate results
- Support clients in change management and business process optimization
- Participate in testing, qualification, and validation of implemented solutions
- Act as an expert consultant to internal teams and share business analysis expertise
- Engage in digital transformation projects with major clients in Canada and internationally
