Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders in a complex financial environment to identify functional needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Document system requirements and maintain support runbooks.
- Read, understand, and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Implement and automate test case scenarios.
- Liaise with development teams in various time zones.
- Support end users across Sales, Trading, Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams.
- Partner with development teams on release management.
- Provide customized user training.
- Train new joiners on daily responsibilities and standard IT procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience with financial products, including structured or trade finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
