Missions

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in a complex financial environment involving multiple applications and architectures at a regional and/or global level.
  • Identify functional needs and user pain points and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to produce and promote maintainable, high quality solutions.
  • Document system requirements and maintain support runbooks.
  • Read, understand, and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Implement and automate test case scenarios.
  • Liaise with development teams located in various time zones.
  • Understand regulatory environments and constraints.
  • Analyze and resolve functional issues while managing incident reporting through the appropriate channels.
  • Support end users across Sales, Trading, Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams.
  • Partner with development teams on release management.
  • Work closely with global support teams to ensure high quality user support.

Profil

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial products, including structured or trade finance.
  • Strong balance of technical skills, business knowledge, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and follow up capabilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Proactive and results driven mindset.
  • Team oriented, client focused, and open to diverse viewpoints.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Atouts (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Loan IQ systems.
  • Programming skills or development experience.
  • Continuous integration experience.
  • Experience working in a global financial IT environment.
  • Practical financial industry experience (Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance, Accounting).
  • Experience in a support role within financial services.
