- Work closely with business teams, IT teams, and project partners to optimize processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in business analysis or ERP functional analysis
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Expertise in Sales and Supply Chain Management modules
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and evolution
- Ability to analyze business needs and write functional documentation
- Experience in incident management and service requests
- Experience in functional testing and solution validation
- Continuous improvement and business process optimization skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Functional French and English
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)

Position Overview
- 12 month mandate for an ERP Business & Functional Analyst.
- Start as soon as possible. Hybrid mode (2 days/week in St Eustache). Possibility of renewal and conversion to permanent position.
- New position created due to difficulty in recruiting a permanent employee.
