Support a newly created Incentive Compensation and Planning Center of Excellence serving five divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000 or more sellers across more than 140 countries.

Role Overview
Support a newly created Incentive Compensation and Planning Center of Excellence serving five divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000 or more sellers across more than 140 countries.
Develop Xactly capabilities and use sales data to provide actionable insights for Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and other global functions.
Build predictive models and scalable solutions that improve processes, sales performance, and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets with Xactly applications to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Execute, monitor, implement, and maintain Xactly sales analytics processes and tools.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align Xactly analytics with business objectives.
- Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.
- Deploy Xactly analytics solutions and other business intelligence tools when required.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop Xactly and analytics training materials.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and support sales system and tool utilization.
