Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving materials and dispatching finished goods
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of raw and packaging materials to production based on plans
- Execute SAP transactions such as goods receipt, transfer postings, goods issue, and shipments
- Monitor inventory accuracy, including stock levels, expiry dates, and slow moving materials
- Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective actions
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with FIFO principles and company policies
- Promote safe warehouse practices and monitor forklift operations in line with safety standards
- Maintain 5S standards and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training and scheduling of warehouse operators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (FMCG preferred)
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving mindset

- We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse operations in Jeddah.
- This role is key to ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast paced FMCG environment.
