Analyst, Strategy & Simplification (50218)

Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving and data modelling to develop evidence-based recommendations

Analyse and investigate business performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and organisational simplification

Partner with business and functional SMEs across Finance, People, Technology and business teams to gather insights, test hypotheses and identify issues

Analyse financial and non-financial data to track enterprise performance and benefits across TCE, FTE, growth and claims costs

Develop fit-for-purpose reporting, tools and analysis to improve transparency, data quality and decision-making

Prepare concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations for executive leadership and governance forums

Contribute to continuous improvement of performance, benefits and simplification practices and governance frameworks

2-5 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, consulting, operational improvement, finance or project delivery environments.

Strong structured problem-solving skills

Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and develop actionable recommendations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing insights for senior leaders.

Commercial curiosity and a desire to understand how different parts of the business operate.

High attention to detail, learning agility and ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Business Acumen: Basic knowledge of business concepts and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support sound decision-making.

Comfortable using Excel and reporting tools to support analysis and insight generation.
