The Strategy & Commercial Analyst owns workstreams from ambiguous business questions to actionable answers.

The role combines data analysis, market research, stakeholder conversations, insight generation, and quantified recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic workstreams and transform ambiguous business challenges into clear solutions that drive revenue.
- Extract and clean datasets, construct financial and operational models, test logic, and quantify recommendation impacts.
- Combine quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and frontline conversations to identify revenue opportunities.
- Analyze pricing, product packaging, acquisition, retention, churn, and sales performance.
- Formulate data-backed views on market dynamics and present them confidently to leadership.
- Partner with commercial leaders, pricing specialists, Revenue Operations, and sales teams to execute recommendations.
- Receive coaching and structured feedback on ownership, first-principles thinking, analytical rigor, commercial judgment, and influence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, economics, or engineering discipline.
- At least four years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.
- SQL and a business intelligence tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker are beneficial.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, apply strategic thinking, and test assumptions.
