Role Overview

The Strategy Analyst – Governance & Strategy supports enterprise priorities through structured analysis, governance discipline, and executive-level synthesis.

The role connects strategic intent with operational execution by improving visibility, alignment, and follow-through on key initiatives.

The analyst works with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complex information into insights, recommendations, and decision-ready materials.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership reviews, steering committees, dashboards, and executive forums.
  • Track decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups across strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis, identify trends and performance gaps, and prepare executive presentations and briefing notes.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Programs, Finance, HR, IT, and other business teams.
  • Monitor milestones, deliverables, KPIs, risks, and dependencies for strategic initiatives.
  • Support business cases, impact assessments, scenario analysis, prioritization, workshops, and reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize work, use AI-enabled tools, and scale best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, governance, transformation, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, coordination, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to create concise executive materials, simplify complex topics, and communicate through visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Bilingual French-English communication skills are essential.
